We invite you to take part in a research study if you are:
- Female sex between 18-40 years old
- Premenopausal with a regular menstrual cycle between 25-35 days and have tracked your menstrual cycle consistently for at least the past three months.
- Willing to wear a Garmin activity tracker device daily including during sleep
- Own a smartphone with the ability to track and sync data via a mobile app
- Not be pregnant, less than 12 months postpartum, or breastfeeding
Additional criteria will be evaluated using an online screener
