UCF and Orlando Health Neurologic Residency Program’s current residents Logan Brown and Chloe Artrip, under the direction of board-certified neurologic clinical specialists and concussion expert residency faculty Marissa Conrad, participated in concussion pre-season screening of Orlando’s professional women’s soccer team, the Orlando Pride on January 22. The screening was held at the new Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute, Florida’s first and only orthopedic hospital. Conrad is a UCF Division of Physical Therapy alumni and works for the Orlando Health neurologic outpatient rehabilitation team.
