UCF and Orlando Health Neurologic Residency Reaccredited

The American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education (ABPTRFE) has renewed the accreditation of the University of Central Florida (UCF) and Orlando Health (OH) Neurologic Residency program for a period of 10 years, beginning September 2023.

ABPTRFE’s accreditation emphasizes practices of continuous improvement and quality enhancement driven by a program’s mission. The reaccreditation status is a recognition of the dedication and commitment of the residency faculty and administration of UCF and OH to clinical excellence in training neurologic board-certified specialists in physical therapy. The site accreditors commended the passion and commitment of the faculty team in the training of the residents. The faculty and administration involved in the reaccreditation included Rachel Gonzales, Kristen Cezat, Marissa Conrad, Christopher Curran, Erin Jones, Morris Beato, and Christine Davidson. Former residents and now residency mentors, Clayton Stocker, Brittany Rohan, Uzair Hammad, and Sarah Kollas were also involved in the successful reaccreditation.
