Neely Appointed To Exam Development Committee for National Physical Therapy Exam

Laurie Neely, assistant professor of physical therapy, is appointed to the Exam Development Committee for the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) for Physical Therapists by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT). Neely was selected as one of the committee’s neurologic content experts after serving in the FSBPT’s Item Writing Task Force and being inducted to the prestigious Academy of Advance Item Writer of the FSBPT. Her appointment began in November 2020.

Neely is a neurologic residency faculty for the UCF & Orlando Health Neurologic Residency Program and is the Director of Clinical Education for the UCF Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. She also serves as a Florida Representative in the American Physical Therapy Association’s House of Delegates.
