Foundation Training and Low Back Pain

Physical Therapy Deadline: Mar 30, 2027 None

Inclusion Qualifications:

  • At least 3 episodes of self-reported LBP with or without radicular symptoms that limited daily activities in the past 6 months
  • A minimum average score 3/10 on the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (calculated by the mean of the least current and most amount of pain present in the past week)
  • Be able to lay down on and stand up from the ground independently.
  • Ages 18-65
  • Be able to read and write in English

The Influence of Psychological Factors and Sleep on Pain Sensitivity in Adults

Inclusion Qualifications:

  • Adults aged 18 to 35 years
  • Had lower extremity musculoskeletal surgery within the previous 6 months.
  • An age-matched control group of adults without a history of lower extremity musculoskeletal surgery will also be included.
