- Are ages 18-50
- Aerobically trained males and females (an average of 150 or more minutes of moderate to vigorous aerobic running or cycling per week for the past 6 months)
- Are willing to come in for all testing visits
- No known cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, muscular, and/or coronary heart disease
- No current injury that would limit the ability to exercise on a stationary bike
- Do not regularly use prescription medication other than birth control
- Are not seeking medical care for a condition that would alter the response to exercise
- Not currently pregnant
Acute Effects of Resistance Exercise Among Individuals with MS
Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, Exercise Physiology & Rehabilitation Science Deadline: Jan 31, 2024 PaidInclusion Qualifications:
- Individual between the ages of 18 to 58
- Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis
- Are able to walk 10 meters without assistance
- Are willing to come in for all 4 visits
- No other known cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, muscular, and/or coronary heart disease
- No Multiple Sclerosis relapse in the past 30 days
- Are not currently undergoing a rehabilitation protocol
- Are not currently seeking medical care for a chronic condition that could limit exercise capacity other than multiple sclerosis
- Are not currently pregnant
Predicting Total Arterial Occlusion Pressure for BFR Exercise

- Men and women between the ages of 18 to 35
- Are willing to come in for one visit lasting 1hr
Training and Detraining Effects Associated with the Neurotracker Visual Attention Training Device
Athletic Training, Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy Deadline: Mar 30, 2023 NoneInclusion Qualifications:
- Male or Female between the ages of 18-40 years old
- Healthy as determined by the Par-Q+ and a Medical History Questionnaire
- Are meeting the American College of Sports Medicine standards by doing at least 150 minutes of aerobic exercise per week
- Report Habitual caffeine intake less than 300 mg·day (Equivalent to 3 cups of coffee per day or 2–16oz cans of Redbull)
- Minimal previous experience on the Neurotracker device (defined as little to no experience (<10 exposures to core assessments) with the Neurotracker).
- No visual impairments, or impairment that cannot be corrected with corrective lenses
- Are currently not taking any prescription medications or over the counter medications known to impact attention such as amphetamines (Ritalin, Adderall, Vyvanse, etc).
- Currently not pregnant and do not become pregnant during the study period.
OPTIMIZE BFR

- Trained individuals are defined as: meeting the ACSM standards for recreationally active individuals of exercising ≥ 150 minutes exercise/week.
