Parent Perceptions of Literacy Instruction for Children with Autism During COVID-19

Communication Sciences and Disorders Deadline: Aug 31, 2021 Paid

Inclusion Qualifications:

  • Parent or legal guardian who is 18 years of age or older.
  • Parent or legal guardian of a child with a medical or educational diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder enrolled in Kindergarten-6th
  • Access to online surveys through own computer, tablet or smart phone.
  • Live in the United States of America.
  • Ability to complete survey questions in English.

Florida Aphasia and Related Disorders Registry and Repository

Communication Sciences and Disorders Deadline: Dec 31, 2021 Paid

Inclusion Qualifications:

  • Individuals who have aphasia and related impairments due to neurologic injury will be eligible for participation in this study.
  • Participants must be considered to be in the chronic phase, that is, at least 6 months after the onset of the disorder, and may range in age from 21 – 90+.
  • Proficient in English

Inclusion Qualifications:

  • Children with Down syndrome 3-5 years old and speech impairment, resulting in speech that is difficult to understand.
  • Children ages 3-4 years old with typical receptive language skills and speech impairment, resulting in speech that is difficult to understand.
