Pam Kenne Wagner is currently the IDEA Part C to Part B Coordinator for Prekindergarten Exceptional Student Education Technical Assistance and Training Systems (PESE), an Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)-funded state project through the Florida Department of Education, supporting programs that serve children with disabilities and their local early intervention partners. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exceptional Student Education and completed post graduate courses at the University of South Florida with additional certifications in Specific Learning Disabilities and Behavior Disorders. She also acquired infant toddler developmental specialist (ITDS) credentials with the Florida Department of Health’s Early Steps Program. Her career in education spans 30 years in Florida and includes roles as a classroom educator, teacher on special assignment, school district Part C to B specialist, early interventionist for infants and toddlers. Pam also participated in various workgroups and steering committees related to early intervention. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion for intervention with educators and families to provide them with resources and tools that promote positive outcomes for young children with delays and disabilities.
