Melissa Frey is the North Central Regional Facilitator for Prekindergarten Exceptional Student Education Technical Assistance and Training Systems (PESE), an Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)-funded state project through the Florida Department of Education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with an endorsement in Exceptional Student Education. With multiple years of experience teaching early childhood, her passion for developmentally appropriate practice drives her commitment to support districts and early childhood partners with evidence-based strategies that promote growth, curiosity and a strong educational foundation for young learners.
