Graduate Assistant

April Krywe is a master’s student in kinesiology on the human performance track under the mentorship of Associate Professor Adam Wells. She earned her Bachelor of Science in exercise science from Creighton University, where she worked as a research manager and assistant in laboratories in the departments of exercise science, physical therapy and the School of Medicine. Krywe aims to conduct research investigating the impacts of exercise interventions on immune cell response and physiological resiliency for special populations, including older adults.
