Biopsychosocial Contributors to Irritability in Individuals with Shoulder Pain

Inclusion Qualifications:

  • Be 18-75 years old
  • Experiencing shoulder pain that is at least 3/10 pain intensity (0=no pain, 10=worst pain imaginable) within the past 24 hours
  • Receiving physical therapy for shoulder pain

  • Age 12-45 years
  • History of knee injury (e.g., ACL tear, meniscus tear, patellofemoral pain, osteoarthritis) or surgery (e.g., ACL reconstruction, meniscectomy or repair, total knee arthroplasty) within the last 2 years
