The Relationship between physical health behaviors and mental health in female Hispanic college students

The purpose of this study will be to examine the relationship between physical health behaviors and mental health in female Hispanic undergraduate students. You are being asked to complete a 15-minute online survey via Qualtrics. The survey will ask you questions about your physical activity, diet quality, and emotional states related to depression, anxiety, and stress. Inclusion Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • enrolled at the University of Central Florida
  • identify as Hispanic
  • identify as female
