Trevor Dufner is a doctoral student in the School of Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Central Florida. Trevor obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Dakota. While at UND, he managed the program’s Exercise Physiology Lab and worked with students in a variety of exercise-related classes. His research interests include the development of valid and reliable acute exercise interventions through which to assess supplement interventions aimed at improving functional recovery from resistance exercise. Trevor’s future goals are to continue education and research in the university setting.
