Graduate Assistant

Originally from Nassau, Bahamas, Kevan Knowles is a graduate student pursuing a masters in Kinesiology at UCF under the guidance of Dr. Matt Stock in the CNS Lab. He received his BS in Kinesiology from UCF in 2022, where he was an undergraduate research assistant aiding in various projects in the lab. Kevan is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and his current research interests include neuromuscular physiology, strength training adaptations in older adults, sarcopenia, and skeletal muscle quality. Outside of the lab, he enjoys strength training and road cycling.
