Jessica Moon, M.S, is a doctoral student in the School of Kinesiology and Physical Therapy at the University of Central Florida working under the mentorship of Adam Wells. She received her M.S in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Sport Science and Performance from Lindenwood University where she studied topics related to exercise nutrition, performance and body composition, as well as her B.S in Exercise Science from Lindenwood. Her current research interests include exercise immunology, recovery, metabolism, and sport supplementation and performance.
