Fabiola Castro, a first-generation Latina originally from Jalisco, Mexico, is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a focus on human performance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. Passionate about human performance and health education, Fabiola aims to establish a private human performance gym dedicated to supporting the Latino community by providing bilingual services and health education.
In her current role as a graduate assistant in the Kinesiology Teaching Lab (KTL) at UCF, Fabiola’s dedication to kinesiology and helping others has only grown stronger, reaffirming her commitment to her field and career goals.
