Graduate Assistant

Blake Johnson is a doctoral student in the School of Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Central Florida. He earned a B.S. in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University and a M.S. in Kinesiology – Human Performance from Stephen F. Austin State University. Blake also holds the CSCS and a NASM-CPT credentials and has 10 years of coaching/training experience. His thesis examined recovery methodologies and a novel form of high-intensity interval training, which helped for his research interests in these and related areas.
