Students are placed on academic probation when their UCF GPA drops below a 2.0. Academic probation will continue until the current term and UCF GPA reach a 2.0 or better.
- Once placed on probation, the student is enrolled in the probation webcourse and a hold is placed on the students profile.
- Student must complete all components of the webcourse, then they must schedule an appointment.
- After meeting with a coach, the hold is removed.
Students who are on “continued probation” only need to complete the probation process once. However, if a student is “placed on probation” again, they must repeat the steps in the probation process.
