Would you like to attend a training to become a field instructor and/or a Qualified Supervisor? The Field Education Office provides an annual two-day, 12-hour community training for field instructors. CEUs will be offered for these trainings.
- Day One (eight hours): community field instructors and task supervisors to become eligible to supervise interns
- Day Two (four hours): includes additional training that meets the requirements set forth by the Florida Department of Health to become a Qualified Supervisor for registered clinical social work interns.
The UCF School of Social Work sponsors an exam preparation course for social work graduates interested in obtaining their LCSW. Developed by Dr. Sophia Dziegielewski (Dr.D), UCF School of Social Work Professor, the two-day intensive course is held once a year and is available to UCF students, alumni and members of the community for a fee (study materials are included). Dr. D. has successfully helped over 20,000 social workers pass the ASWB® clinical exam.*
Attendance is limited to room size, registration prior to the course is mandatory. For more information please contact Sophia.Dziegielewski@ucf.edu.
