Community Partners

Field Education

Application

The Field Education Office is a community of social work professionals where we establish new field sites with our community partners. We have over 300 community partners!

If you’re interested in joining along side the community partners below and becoming a core part of our student’s journey into the professional world, fill out this application for one of our team members to contact you.

Training

Would you like to attend a training to become a field instructor and/or a Qualified Supervisor? The Field Education Office provides an annual two-day, 12-hour community training for field instructors. CEUs will be offered for these trainings.

  • Day One (eight hours): community field instructors and task supervisors to become eligible to supervise interns
  • Day Two (four hours): includes additional training that meets the requirements set forth by the Florida Department of Health to become a Qualified Supervisor for registered clinical social work interns.
