Erin Leeming has worked in the field of speech-language pathology for 12 years. With her clinical experience in public school and private practice settings. Previously, Leeming was an adjunct professor at Cleveland State University and Ashland University. She supervised graduate students in the public-school setting for 5 years and began doing research around graduate student supervision practices in 2024.
