Dylan V. Pearson is a postdoctoral scholar working with Dr. Pavel Zahorik in the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders. He received his PhD from Indiana University Bloomington under the mentorship of Dr. Yi Shen. His research interests focus on understanding the sources of individual variation in hearing loss populations. His current work examines the role of rhythm and entrainment in speech comprehension, particularly in multi-source environments. He is also involved in research aimed at improving hearing aids to better meet the needs of individuals with hearing loss.
