Graduate Assistant

Ryan Summers is a master’s student in Kinesiology on the Human Performance Track under the mentorship of Dr. Sarah Fretti. He earned his B.S. in Kinesiology at UCF, where he served as Vice President of the Kinesiology Club, interned with the Wellness Research Center, and participated in research across the Institute of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation Science laboratories. His research interests include human performance, tactical and occupational populations, aerobic conditioning, longevity, and the physiological effects of blue light. Ryan aspires to conduct applied research to enhance performance, resilience, and well-being among military personnel and veterans.
