Juliet Espinal is a master’s student in Kinesiology on the Human Performance track under the mentorship of Dr. Sarah Fretti. She earned her B.S. In Exercise Science with a concentration in Exercise Physiology from Florida Atlantic University, where she also gained research experience assisting and conducting multiple projects. Additionally, she got hands on experience preparing colligate football players for the NFL combine and draft, training NFL players during off season, and training MLB players during off season. Juliet aims to conduct research to enhance performance for athletes and vocalists.
