Student Athletic Training Organization (SATO)
SATO is a student-run organization open to all students interested in the athletic training profession. The organization’s purpose is to raise awareness of the athletic training profession and its contribution to the healthcare community overall. Members volunteer in the community, participate in university activities, hold fundraisers, and have guest speakers who cover topics relevant to students and the profession. Iota Tau Alpha
Iota Tau Alpha is the national honor society for athletic training. The honor society promotes and encourages scholarly activity in athletic training with recognition for outstanding achievement. Members promote research and the dissemination of the latest findings in evidence-based care.
