We investigate the neurophysiological origins of lower extremity musculoskeletal injuries, with a focus on developing therapeutic interventions to enrich orthopedic rehabilitation. Our research also encompasses age-related physiological changes, disuse muscle atrophy, and the effects of resistance training on musculoskeletal health and recovery.
