I am privileged to lead a dedicated team of faculty and staff, offering diverse and dynamic undergraduate and graduate education in athletic training, kinesiology and physical therapy. Our team also conducts high-impact research in exercise physiology and rehabilitation science.<\/p>\n

Our undergraduate program in kinesiology, the second largest major in the\u00a0College of Health Professions and Sciences<\/a>, prepares over 1,900 students each year. Our broad-based curriculum equips students for careers in sport and exercise science and provides a solid foundation for post-graduate education in kinesiology-related disciplines.<\/p>\n

Our graduate programs in athletic training, kinesiology, and physical therapy provide students with advanced knowledge in human anatomy and physiology, enabling them to apply this knowledge fundamentally. This enables our graduates to become experts in exercise performance, movement and rehabilitation sciences.<\/p>\n

We foster research excellence through collaborative efforts within the\u00a0Institute of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation Science<\/a>, which brings together experts from clinical, community and basic science disciplines.<\/p>\n

Our mission, vision and value statements<\/a> reflect our commitment to an inclusive learning environment that encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and seamlessly integrates scientific knowledge with practical application.<\/p>\n
