Fall 2018 applications are now open, and will close on July 20, 2018.
This course will be for 3 credit hours, enrollment will be by application only with guidelines and prerequisites that must be met. The internship experience will have one of the following three focuses:
Clinical Shadowing, Research, and/or Community Outreach
The following prerequisites must be met:
- Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Minimum Junior standing (60 credit hours completed) by the end of Summer 2018
- Completion of Pathophysiology I (HSC 4555) and/or Pathophysiology II (HSC 4558) by Summer 2018
- If internship focus is Research, completion of Applied Health Research Methodology (HSC 4730) or Health Sciences Research Methods (HSA 4702) for student catalog year prior to Summer 2017.
