Justine Renziehausen, M.S., CSCS is a doctoral student in the School of Kinesiology and Physical Therapy at the University of Central Florida. She received her M.S. in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida, where she studied the effects of judo on cortisol levels in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from the West Virginia University. She is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Foundation and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Her current research primarily focuses on the Circadian Rhythm, circadian chronotypes, and optimal time of day for performance. Classes she has taught include: Personal Fitness, Issues and Trends in Kinesiology, Sport First Aid and CPR, and Assessments and Evaluation in Kinesiology.
