Research and Professional Development at Schools Offering Programs in Language and Literacy

Doctoral students in the Scholars in Residence Program work at partner schools 20 hours a week to help children and adolescents who struggle with language and literacy. They implement evidence-based practices, conduct research and provide professional development activities. In addition, some supervise UCF master’s degree students in communication sciences and disorders who deliver therapeutic services.
