If you do not see your insurance plan listed below, please contact our office at 407-882-0468. Before you are scheduled with our clinic we verify your benefits, confirm whether we are in network with your plan, and explain your coverage before your appointment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some of the major insurance plans we currently accept include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aetna<\/li>\n<li>Ambetter<\/li>\n<li>Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)<\/li>\n<li>Cigna<\/li>\n<li>Florida Medicaid (Straight Medicaid only; Managed Medical Assistance (MMA) plans are not accepted unless otherwise noted)<\/li>\n<li>Humana<\/li>\n<li>Medicare Part B<\/li>\n<li>Sunshine Health<\/li>\n<li>TRICARE<\/li>\n<li>UnitedHealthcare (Speech-language pathology services only; not currently accepted for audiology services)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If we are not participating with your insurance plan, and your plan does not include out-of-network benefits, we are happy to discuss self-pay options and provide an estimate for the services you are seeking.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]We accept a variety of health insurance plans and continue to expand our network of participating insurers.
